His hard string bending technique and ability to make the guitar do things you didn't know were possible, will leave you breathless."I guess my favorite piece of gear is my Frenzel Amp.It's serial #0005LDI. Specially made for me from Trevor Frenzel and Mark Akin. Fortunately, I can change the tubes for different sounds. 6L6's for a thinner but beefy top and 6550's for an awesome full low end ZZ Top sound. Of course, all of that is pushed through a 2x12 Tone Tubby loaded Frenzel cabinet.   After that, I use 2 stacked Ibanez Tube Screamers, a Jeckll & Hyde, Roger Mayer Octavia for the Hendrix effect and The Real McCoy wah pedal.

 As for guitars, well I'm a pure Strat fanatic. All custom made. I even took one to the garage, put the sander to it, and came out with my own design. This guitar rocks! It's loaded with Texas Specials. Love that old camo look! Not to mention the tone! The others have JB Jr's and Cool Rails."
